Are the products new?
Yes. All products sold by Resellunits are brand new.
When should my order arrive?
Processing: 1–3 days. Fulfillment: 1–5 days. The transit estimates below start after both stages are complete.
5–13 calendar days in transit after fulfillment. Approximately 7–21 calendar days overall.
2–7 calendar days in transit after fulfillment. Approximately 4–15 calendar days overall.
Standard shipping is free on orders of $100.00 or more after discounts, before tax. Faster shipping keeps its listed charge.
Who ships my order?
Our suppliers fulfill and ship orders directly to you. Resellunits remains your point of contact for support.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
All sales are generally final. Changing your mind, no longer wanting an item, disliking it, or selecting the wrong size yourself does not generally qualify. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
What if I receive the wrong item or size?
Use your private tracking link to report the issue, describe what you ordered and received, and attach photos. A different size sent by us or our supplier is a qualifying issue; choosing the wrong size yourself is different.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Keep the packaging and product, take clear photos, and submit an issue request from your order link. We will review the problem and explain the next steps.
What if delivery is late?
Contact us for support. If delivery occurs after the original expected arrival deadline for your selected shipping method, the order is eligible for review under our late-delivery return/refund policy. For shipment delays, we provide a notice and applicable consent, cancellation, and refund options.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest. Optional accounts use ChatGPT sign-in.
How do I track my order?

Will there be sales tax?
Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout using your destination, products, and the store’s configured tax registrations. The complete total is shown before you pay.
