Information needed to operate the store

We collect the information you provide when purchasing, signing in, saving an address, contacting support, or reporting an order issue. This may include your name, email, delivery address, delivery phone number, order details, messages, and supporting photos. Stripe processes payments and collects device and interaction information, including through cookies, for payment functionality and fraud prevention. Our payment provider collects payment details through its secure payment infrastructure; Resellunits does not store raw card numbers.

How information is used

We use information to process payments, fulfill and track orders, provide support, investigate claims, prevent abuse, keep necessary business records, and understand store performance. Relevant shipping and order information is shared with the supplier and carrier only as needed to fulfill an order. Our payment, hosting, storage, authentication, and transactional email providers process information needed for their services.

Accounts and cookies

Optional customer accounts use Sign in with ChatGPT. The identity provider manages its sign-in credentials. A necessary first-party cookie identifies your shopping bag; browser storage may remember recently viewed items on your device. You can clear browser storage, but doing so may reset local preferences. Optional analytics or advertising integrations must be configured with appropriate consent before use.

Store analytics

The store can record basic product views, searches, bag additions, checkout starts, device category, referral source, and confirmed purchase totals. With analytics consent, random browser identifiers measure shopping sessions and visitors active in the last five minutes. A session expires after 30 minutes without activity; a separate browser identifier can persist for up to one year. We do not put payment secrets or supplier information in analytics. The built-in optional analytics respects a Global Privacy Control signal. Operational security and order records are separate from optional analytics.

Retention, security, and your choices

We retain order, support, and transaction records as needed to provide services, resolve issues, meet applicable legal obligations, and maintain business records. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Use the contact form to request access, correction, deletion, or information about applicable privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity and retain records where required by law.

Policy updates and contact

This policy can be updated as the store’s services and providers change. Contact Resellunits through the contact page with privacy questions. Required business contact details and jurisdiction-specific disclosures must be reviewed before public launch.

Google Analytics

If you allow analytics, we also use Google Analytics to understand storefront visits and browsing activity. Google receives information such as page visits, device and browser information, and referral sources, and uses analytics cookies. This integration does not load before you allow analytics and respects Global Privacy Control. Google advertising signals and advertising personalization are disabled. Optional visitor locations

When you allow analytics, our hosting service provides an approximate city, region, and country based on your network connection. We use this information to understand where store visits come from. This does not use your device’s GPS, and visitor analytics does not store your IP address. You can decline optional analytics using the store’s privacy choices.

Email signup and preferences

If you choose to join our email list, we store your email address, signup and confirmation times, consent text, and subscription status to manage offers and your preferences. We use our email delivery provider to send your discount code directly. You join the marketing list when you submit the signup form with consent. You can unsubscribe using the link in your signup email or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary order and support messages.
