Shopping with Resellunits

These terms apply to use of the Resellunits storefront and purchases from it, together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. Products are sold brand new and fulfilled through suppliers. We are your point of contact for order support.

Product information and pricing

Review the product description, selected options, size, quantity, price, shipping cost, and tax before submitting an order. Product photography may show slight differences caused by screens and lighting. We may correct genuine catalog errors. If an error affects an order, we will contact you and offer an appropriate resolution rather than charging an unexpected amount.

Orders and payment

An order is paid only after our payment provider confirms payment. We may be unable to fulfill an item if the supplier’s availability changes; if so, we will contact you and cancel and refund affected merchandise when required. Payment and fraud checks may apply. We do not request or store raw card details on our own servers.

Delivery and returns

The expected overall delivery time includes processing, fulfillment, and transit for the shipping method selected at checkout. Faster shipping speeds up transit after fulfillment; processing and fulfillment still apply. Our Shipping Policy explains delays and customer choices. All sales are generally final except qualifying problems described in the Return & Refund Policy and mandatory consumer protections.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate contact and shipping information. Keep account access and private order links secure. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent information, or use other people’s payment methods without authorization.

Reviews and support submissions

Only submit content you have the right to provide. Reviews must reflect actual experiences and may be moderated for spam, duplication, abuse, or privacy concerns. Moderation must not misrepresent genuine customer feedback. Uploaded photos are used to investigate order issues or display authorized review content.

Consumer rights and resolving problems

Contact us when an issue arises so we can investigate. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, liabilities, or protections that cannot lawfully be waived. Applicable laws govern where they require a different result. These terms do not impose arbitration or waive legal remedies.
