Shipping Policy

Your delivery timeline

Processing takes 1–3 calendar days and fulfillment takes 1–5 calendar days. Shipping transit begins only after both stages are complete. Standard and faster transit estimates, charges, and combined overall timeframes are listed below and shown before payment. Faster shipping changes transit speed; it does not shorten processing or fulfillment. Shipment is expected within 8 calendar days from a properly completed order.

How orders are fulfilled

Resellunits sells brand-new products fulfilled and shipped directly through our suppliers. Items may arrive in separate packages. Resellunits remains your point of contact for the order, delivery, and qualifying issues.

Shipping charges and destinations

Available destinations and shipping charges are shown during checkout before payment. Please review your full address, apartment or unit, postal code, and any delivery phone number carefully. Contact us promptly if something needs to be corrected; changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment starts.

Tracking your order

We provide tracking information when an order ships. Your private order link shows the carrier, tracking number, shipment date, and any available delivery information. Carrier scans and estimates may change.

If shipment is delayed

If we learn that we cannot ship within the represented timeframe, we will notify you promptly, explain the delay, propose a revised shipment date when known, and give you a way to cancel the unshipped merchandise for a full, prompt refund. We will seek affirmative consent to a revised shipment date. If consent is not received by the response deadline stated in our notice, we will cancel the affected unshipped order and refund it. We will not silently extend a deadline. If we cannot fulfill an item, we will cancel and refund it.

Late, lost, or interrupted deliveries

Contact us if tracking stops, a delivery exception occurs, a parcel appears lost, or you have not received the order. Delivery after the original expected arrival deadline for your selected shipping method is eligible for review under our late-delivery return/refund policy. A delay consent does not erase that policy or rights that cannot legally be waived.

Fragrance shipping

Fragrance shipping is charged once per order based on the total number of bottles: 1 bottle $43, 2 bottles $48, 5 bottles $67, and 10 bottles $114. Between these quantities, rates increase evenly; above 10, each additional bottle adds $9.40. The final fragrance shipping charge is rounded to the nearest whole dollar. Buying more reduces shipping per bottle. Fragrances are excluded from free shipping and faster shipping. For mixed orders, standard shipping for other items is added separately; only those other items count toward free shipping.
